The UAM is the first logistics platform for wholesale food marketing in the country.

It has an area of 95 hectares, in which infrastructures and services have been built for the development and competitiveness of companies in the wholesale food distribution sector.

Among the different structures, five large-area pavilions for the market stand out, a warehouse for logistics activities and an office building, as well as numerous annexes.

The typologies present are traditional reinforced concrete (in the office building, the substation and the columns and beams of the pavilions and warehouses), precast concrete (on the facades of the pavilions and warehouses) and steel (on the roofs of the pavilions, with structure imported from Brazil).
