This plant has a composite structure, with its buildings having reinforced concrete foundations and columns, and roof and upper sides of steel structure and light panels.

It contains a production and storage area, and office areas plus services (substation, storage room, workshop, etc.), as well as access control (in a metallic structure), a buried water tank (in reinforced concrete) and a dry waste deposit.

It also has loading docks and retaining walls in reinforced concrete.
