The World Trade Center Free Zone is a first-rate office building, with an international helipad on the top floor.

It has 31 levels, with 90 m above ground and 4 basements used mainly for parking. It has a total of 32,500 m2 built.

The structure is made of post-tensioned, in situ, reinforced concrete.
