Montes del Plata is a forestry-industrial company dedicated to the production of cellulose pulp. Its industrial complex includes a pulp production plant with a capacity of 1.3 million tons per year, an energy generating unit for self-supply and a port terminal.

CYD developed the structure projects of the water treatment plants, which include Raw Water Treatment, Demineralization and Effluent Treatment.

The dimensions of the components of some of the processes are highlighted, such as the Biological Reactor, of 120,000 m3 of volume, and dimensions of 85 m x 220 m x 7 m.

Precast and prestressing have been strategically used, in communion with construction procedures and sequences, with the aim of meeting the demanding cracking limitation conditions established.
